PROJECT PACKAGES 12 X 12 Bunkie, with Vinyl Board and Batten Siding

This delightful Backyard Bunkie can be used as a guest suite for overnight visitors or a private getaway for you or other family members. The traditional gable design and vinyl board & batten siding bring a welcoming ambience to any backyard. Available in multiple colour options, the vinyl siding is easy to maintain, resistant to rain and moisture and can last up to 30 years or more. Out front a friendly porch provides a comfortable sitting area, while the overhead roof extension protects against sun and rain. The 12’ x 12’ Bunkie size is big enough for a queen bed or two doubles, plus a nightstand, dresser and various other small items. The front door features a full glass pane, which combines with front and side windows to offer lots of natural light. The sloping gable roof allows snow and rain to simply slide off the sides, and the peaked roof structure promotes good ventilation. Optional insulation, drywall and rain goods packages are also available to make your Bunkie habitable throughout the year.
