PROJECT PACKAGES 20' x 20' Workshop Package, with Decorative Plywood

Our Backyard Workshop gives you the privacy you need to complete projects and keeps unwanted dust, paint, noise and odours out of your home. You’ll have almost 400 square feet of floor space: that gives you plenty of room for a work bench, all your current (and future) machinery, and storage for supplies and tool organizers. Large double doors provide ample clearance for moving big projects and equipment, while a standard side door allows convenient access. Natural light enters the shed via three side windows, plus a transom window over the main doors. The sloping gable roof allows snow and rain to simply slide off the sides, and the peaked roof structure promotes good ventilation while also serving to increase overhead storage. Gable vents and roof vents ensure good airflow and a safe work environment. The decorative plywood siding can be stained or painted virtually any colour to complement your home, garage or overall backyard décor. Optional insulation and drywall packages are also available to make your workshop usable year-round.

NOT INCLUDED:

• Concrete slab foundation SELF-INSTALLATION OPTION:
• Advanced difficulty level (requires minimum of two people)
• All tool requirements, cutting and assembly are your responsibility
• Strongly recommended: experience reading construction plans and using power tools and hand tools
