You could also convert part of space into a workshop for pursuing various projects and hobbies. Four vinyl slider windows allow natural light and good ventilation. The 8-foot wide steel sliding door allows ample clearance for parking, loading and maneuvering, and the steel walk-in door features a locking doorknob for security. Upstairs you get an additional 1,120 square feet of usable space that can be comfortably furnished for leisure use or fitted out as an office or studio (check with your local municipal office for approved usage). The gambrel roof design provides enough height for walking around or installing shelving. The loft can also be used for storing hay, feed and other supplies, or even seasonal items like clothing and decorations. The 4’ x 5’ loft door allows for loading of large items, and the loft floor entry portal provides easy access.
