- Premium, water-based acrylic latex coating
- Not to be tinted
- Used as a system approach to the maintenance of weathered roof surfaces such as metal roofing, mineral surfaced roll roofing, weathered smooth surface roll roofing, weathered asphalt built-up roofing and modified bitumen
- Apply two to three coats at the rate of 0.5 to 0.65 L/sq. metre
- Allow 24 hours for all repairs and crack treatment to cure before coating
- Stir coating to a uniform consistency
- Apply with a deep-pile roller, 4 knot roofing brush or heavy- duty spray
- When applied by brush or roller, keep strokes in one direction
- Apply second coat at right angles to first coat
- Do not apply if there is a threat of rain or temperatures below 5ºC (40ºF) within 48 hours
- Avoid heavy foot traffic for 48 hours
- Drying time @ 50% R.H. 68ºF (20ºC) 2.5 hours
- Before coating dries, clean tools, spillage, etc with warm soapy water
- If coating is dry, use mineral spirits
- Remove from skin with waterless hand cleaner or with soap and water
