PROJECT PACKAGES 16 X 20 Bunkie, with Vertical Siding

This spacious 16’ x 20’ Backyard Bunkie can comfortably sleep up to four people with room left over for nightstands, dressers and other items. When not in use as a guest suite the Bunkie also makes for a great private getaway for you or other family members. The traditional gable design features vinyl siding and vinyl shakes to bring a welcoming ambience to any backyard. Available in multiple colour options, the vinyl siding is easy to maintain, resistant to rain and moisture and can last up to 30 years or more. Out front a friendly porch provides a comfortable sitting area, while the overhead roof extension protects against sun and rain. The large double doors feature full glass panes and allow easy movement of furniture. Front, side and back windows offer plenty of natural light. The sloping gable roof allows snow and rain to simply slide off the sides, and the peaked roof structure promotes good ventilation. An optional powder room is available, along with insulation, drywall and rain goods packages to make your Bunkie habitable throughout the year.
