Finely chop garlic, herbs and salad with a smooth rocking motion using the Kuraidori Select stainless steel mezzaluna chopper. A mezzaluna is a kitchen utensil that can be used to mince or cut foods into smaller bits for seasoning sauces, soups, salads, and other dishes. Simply rock the mezzluna’s two 5.5” (14cm) curved blades back and forth for effortless chopping and mincing. Both blades are fully beveled to offer the maximum cutting efficiency. The comfortable, black soft grip handles are easy to hold, and the simple rocking motion is less aggressive on wrists and joints than knife chopping. Hand washing the mezzaluna chopper is recommended. The mezzaluna chopper is only from Kuraidori Select and exclusively at Home Hardware.
